Se ia un ficat de monkfish(nu-i cunosc traducerea in lb.romina,scuze)si i se adauga sare multa,se lasa la sarat 30-45min.Se spala sarea si se curata pielea si vasele de sange.Dupa ce ficatul este curatat se lasa in sake timp de 10 min(pentru a-i dispare mirosul de peste).Dupa cele 10 min se inveleste ficatul in folie de plastic ,se face sul si se invart capetele foliei pana nu mai ramane aer inauntru.Aveti grija sa nu se desfaca,mai inveliti o data sulul facut in alta folie.Se fierbe in baie de aburi 30min.Se lasa la racit dupa care se taie si se serveste cu praz,ceapa verde,ponzu si ridiche proaspat rasa.Este un deliciu cu foarte multe calorii.
