Va oferim o reteta de pui japonez, Chicken Satay delicios si cu aspect irezistibil. Chicken Satay este o bijuterie de piept de pui fript pe gratar si servit cu un sos special. In afara de aspect si gust, acest Chicken Satay este recomandat si de faptul ca se face usor si rapid.

Ingrediente
500 g file de piept de pui (fara piele si os)
1 capatana de usturoi
1 ceapa mica
2 linguri de
zahar
2 linguri de sos de soya
3 linguri de ulei de arahide
100 ml lapte de cocos
1 lingura de sos chilli
1 lingura de
lemmon grass powder

Mod de preparare
Se taie pieptul de pui in fasii subtiri de aprox. 1 cm grosime, cat de lungi se poate, se ung cu usturoi si ulei de arahide si se pun pe
betisoare la gratar, dupa care se aseaza intr-un vas;

Se face un sos din lapte de cocos, sos chilli, zahar, sos de soya, pudra de lemon grass, se pune si ceapa taiata fideluta cu restul de usturoi tocat marunt, se pune sosul intr-un bol.



Tips:

Se aranjeaza puiul intr-un platou sub forma de raze de soare iar in mijloc se pune sosul intr-un castronel mic si se orneaza cu lamaie
