 Ramen si Dorayaki(clatite japoneze)

Va las aici un link,pt ramen...nu de alta dar e cu poze si cred k e mult mai folositor asa.

Iar reteta pt dorayaki:

Ingrediente:
200gr faina
4 oua
1 lingurita praf copt
2 linguri miere
100 gr zahar
4 linguri apa

Mixam ouale intregi cu zaharul pana isi dubleaza volumul si se deschid la culoare,
Adaugam faina treptat ca sa nu se formeze cocoloase,adaugam si cele 2 linguri miere si amestecam.
La sfarsit punem praful de copt dizolvat in apa,amestecam si lasam aluatul cel putin 30 minute acoperit la frigider.
Punem la incins o tigaie de teflon(nu o ungem cu nimic).Umplem un polonic pe jumatate si lasam sa curga aluatul in tigaie fara sa zgaltaim tigaia(aluatul isi ia forma rotunda singur).Cand apar primele bolboroace pe suprafata clatitei intoarcem pe partea cealalta,ambele fete trebuie sa fie netede si maronii iar bordura sa fie deschisa la culoare.
Se pot manca cu ce vreti voi,miere,dulceata,finetti....dar in mod normal se consuma cu pasta de azuki:) asa k va las reteta si pt asta:

Tsubu-an(pasta de fasole azuki)

Ingrediente: 2 cani de boabe de azuki spalate
3/4 pana la 1 cana de zahar(depinde de gust)
1/2 de lingura de sare
Boabele de fasole se lasa la inmuiat in apa rece 24 de ore.Apoi se scurg si se pune intr-o oala la fiert,cu apa cat sa le acopere.Dupa ce apa incepe sa clocoteasca se fierb un minut,apoi se arunca apa si se clatesc boabele cu apa rece.Se scurg si se repeta operatiune.Abia dupa ce aceea se pun propriu-zis la fiert,in apa cat sa le acopere cam cu 2 cm si se lasa sa fiarba la foc mic,acoperite.Se fierb pana se inmoaie bine.
Se scurg boabele dar pastram lichidul in care au fiert.
Se pune oala cu fasole inapoi,la foc mediu spre mic si se adauga treptat zaharul si sarea,amestecand continuu cu o lingura de lemn.Daca compozitia parea prea uscata sau se lipeste de oala mai adaugati putin din apa in care au fiert(cea pe care ati pastrat-o din etapa anterioara).In circa 10-15 minute zaharul ar trebui sa se topeasca complet si sa fie absorbit de boabele de fasole,nu uitati sa amestecati din cand in cand.
Acum boabele sunt suficient de moi,trebuie doar sa le pasati bine(k pentru pireu) si sa le lasati sa se raceasca.Pofta buna!


Recunosc ca eu nu am facut inca nici una din aceste retete pt k nu am ingredientele necesare acasa....dar cat de curand o sa le incerc si revin cu impresii,sugestii si reclamatii Very Happy

omg O___________O maine fac clatite x))))) jur desi am tort azi si prajitura si o gramada de dulce tot fac ... vreau sa gust xD si sa vad si cealalta reteta ... poate o fac intr-o zi xD un big domo arigato gozaimasu pt retete
